James launched his commercial real estate career in 2006 when Marcus & Millichap recruited him during his Finance studies at California State University, Fullerton. Over the last eight years, he closed over $40 million in transactions by representing business owners, investors, and tenants in income-producing properties.

In 2019, KW Commercial in Downey, CA, selected James to serve as Commercial Director. He identifies off-market investment opportunities, negotiates effectively, and drives successful outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
